Form (LA) is a distinguished design atelier founded in 2021 by Jordan Mosslar, situated in the heart of Los Angeles. The studio is acclaimed for creating bold yet timeless furniture and interior objects, drawing inspiration from antiquity to craft forms that resonate with both history and modernity. Specializing in bespoke stone furniture, Form (LA) streamlines the design and ordering process, adding value to what is traditionally a complex endeavor.
The Los Angeles flagship showroom, located at 835 North La Brea Avenue, spans 5,500 square feet and showcases the brand’s commitment to luxury and craftsmanship. Adorned with natural stone finishes, the space features a curated selection of furniture and bathware, including Roman-style tables with fluted bases and veined marble deep-soaking tubs. This appointment-only showroom offers an immersive experience into Form (LA)’s design philosophy, reflecting their dedication to quality and timeless elegance.

The Onda Round Dining Table, named after the Italian word for “wave,” features a freeform organic base that evokes a sense of movement and fluidity. Part of a textured and versatile collection, the table is both sculptural and functional. Each piece is custom made to order, offering the ability to tailor dimensions, details, and even hand-select the exact stone slab. This makes the Onda Dining Table not just furniture, but a uniquely personal work of art.
